Great hotel, we are really glad we found it and stayed here. Room was clean and quiet, staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent. If you are driving to Glasgow, make sure you ask about the discount they have for guests in the parking garage across the street. We will stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great and very convenient, the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The AC worked well, WiFi was fast, and the staff were cheerful and welcoming. The hotel also offers great amenities. The only small negative was that the carpet in my room had some old spill stains, probably hard to remove. Nothing serious at all, I loved the place.

Good hotel - common areas great, breakfast was good and found staff to be very friendly/ accommodating. My room was more tired than I expected and frankly the bed wasn't too comfortable. Price reasonable and admittedly I'm returning for work next month and booked this place again, but hoping I get a room like my colleague stayed in, as sounds like his was more spacious and recently updated.

Location was perfect for our family. Rooms were on a short corridor, where there was zero noise or interruption internally or externally. Food, coffee & juices were not of the highest quality. But we ate in several other locations during our trip so I wouldn't choose to pay for breakfast as there are plenty of other fab places to eat well. Loved our trip! Glasgow has something for everyone!!!

Stayed 3 nights at Ibis Styles as we were attending 2 gigs at the hydro. Perfect location for city centre and restaurants and bars at the north of the city centre too. Short uber to the hydro cost about £6. Staff were first class and bar area was comfortable and welcoming. Good choice too. Breakfast was open until 10am and had a good range for everyone. Got home and I received an email stating I’d left my wallet in the room. I collected it the next day and couldn’t thank the staff enough. Please pass on my thanks to all staff concerned. Definitely visit again as we’ve been several times now.

I stayed as a solo business traveller on the 22 - 24 October and was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly the young staff were from the reception desk to the bar and restaurant. They went above and beyond to have a chat, hold my bags, direct me to bus stops. etc. They were genuinely warm and welcoming and made it feel like a four star experience. The bar and lounge area are very comfortable for a business traveller looking to do some work while having a drink or bite to eat. It's a cosy environment and the veggie burger was quite tasty and generous. While the rooms are a bit basic, the bathrooms are well maintained and the friendliness of the staff and downstairs bar area more than made up for that. I would definitely return again - thanks all.

Close to central station and in a quiet spot. Staff friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere to reception. Rooms are modern, beds comfy , clean and cover all needs. Blackout blinds mean light is kept out really well in the room and no noise is heard. Highly recommend hotel when visiting Glasgow

We stayed here for 3 nights last week. We requested top floor room due to light sleeper and we did get this. We were put in room 601, there was an awful cold draught in room and heating was not on, there was an awful smell in room too. My husband asked downstairs on his way out if someone could come up to me and look at heating. 35 minutes later I went downstairs as I was freezing, girl on reception came up with me, she also said there was a smell in the room, the heating was not working so she moved me to another room on the same floor and also gave me a little plug in heater, girl also helped me move my clothing, the room was warmer. Anyway, that heating was also not working but the plug in heater was good enough. We went downstairs and another girl said that they were told this morning that the whole 6th floor heating was off and not working for some reason, did we want to move to another floor? we did say not as I couldn't cope with moving again but the plug in heater served us well. All reception staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for us as it was only few minutes from the centre but quiet enough away from the noise of city. There are positives and negatives to the hotel. Positive: very good location friendly staff, very clean! Excellent bed and 2 choices of pillows. Negatives: no coat hooks anywhere in rooms so had to hang our wet coats up on top of open wardrobe, it doesn't cost much to put hooks up. There was only one hand towel in bathroom for hand towel, as no window in bathroom, room was wet after shower so nowhere to hang towels after use so every day we had to renew towels, if had towel rail we would of used towels for our 3 nights, so coat hooks and towel rails is all that is needed for each room. We would stay here again as long as it over a certain price as bed and pillows were very comfortable and very clean (apart from around shower seal where shower door is). All towels were excellent quality apart fron one that had 2 big holes in at the end of the towel, bizarre that we got given this one to use. We didn't eat in this hotel so cannot comment but coffee was lovely.
